In balmy conditions, the Men’s fish & chips night returned to action last Friday. With a healthy turnout of 32 guys, a great night was had by all. The night started off with social, yet competitive tennis followed by fish & chips and a team sports quiz. A warm welcome was given to Mike Fenlon who graciously acted as quiz master. Liam Madden, from the Sandycove & Glasthule Association newsletter, joined us for the event and a story about the club will appear in their publication. Combining the tennis and quiz totals revealed the overall winning team of: Conor O’Reilly, Tim McNichols, James O’Sullivan, Dermot Deverell, Patrick Bailey and Cormac Kilty.
